If you’re already a fan of Amanda Fredrickson’s healthy fast-casual fare, you’re in luck. After much success at her Sylvan Park location, the second location of Radish Kitchen opened its doors in Franklin on Tuesday, May 24. Prompting Nashvillians to venture outside of Nashville’s healthy-eating norm, Amanda brings her simple, accessible, flavorful dishes to Williamson County.

The Radish menu offers build-your-own salads, wraps, and grain bowls with fresh ingredients, along with popular signature combinations such as the Rad Thai salad with grilled steak, napa cabbage, mango, almonds, mint, and jalapeño-ginger dressing. It’s the perfect lunch spot, with light and delicious dining options that won’t leave you in a food coma!

Tacos 4 Life
7020 Executive Center Dr., Brentwood, TN 37027 • (615) 942-5520
Hours: Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.; closed Sunday

Officially opening its doors this month, Tacos 4 Life is more than a mere taco joint. With locations sprinkled throughout the South (in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas), Tacos 4 Life may be a chain, but it’s also an effort to end world hunger. As of this month, the locations have collectively donated over 18 million meals — for every meal they sell at the restaurant, they donate the funds for a meal through Feed My Starving Children. The menu boasts classic tacos like beef, carnitas, and mahi-mahi, along with fun combinations such as Korean BBQ and Chicken Bacon Ranch. In addition, they serve other options like quesadillas, salads, rice bowls, nachos, and a Mexican Cobb salad.
