Building Management Office
Office hours are 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday.
Building Operating Hours & Access
The building is open and all services are available from 7 a.m.–7 p.m., Monday–Friday, excluding holiday hours. Building access is available from 7 a.m.–7 p.m., Monday–Friday. Access cards are needed during non-business hours.
Janitorial Services
Janitorial services are provided after building operation hours five days a week.

Maintenance Request
Work Order
If you have a maintenance request, please complete a work order.
Once a work order has been entered, it goes directly to the maintenance personnel. You can place and review your work orders at any time. Please use the work order system; sending an email request may actually reduce response time, as it will not be in the queue that we work from.
