Building Management Office
Office hours are 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m., Monday–Friday.
Building Operating Hours & Access
The building is open and all services are available from 7 a.m.–7 p.m., Monday–Friday, excluding holiday hours. Building access is available from 7 a.m.–7 p.m., Monday–Friday. Access cards are needed during non-business hours.
Janitorial Services
Janitorial services are provided after building operation hours five days a week.

Maintenance Request
Building Engines
If you have a maintenance request, please complete a work order on Building Engines.
Once a work order has been entered into Building Engines, it goes directly to the maintenance personnel. You can place and review your work orders at any time. Please use the Building Engines work order system; sending an email request may actually reduce response time, as it will not be in the queue that we work from.
If you are not currently in the Building Engines system, please contact Rieves Berry or Jamie Adams to get set up.
